Our Story

Sharon began her real estate journey in 2007 with short-term rentals, learning firsthand how to create value through hospitality, care, and strong property management. Her experience has since expanded to include landlording, flipping, and rehabbing residential properties across multiple markets.

In 2023, she founded Quick Caring Home Solutions LLC, which helps families who don’t yet qualify for traditional mortgages achieve homeownership while offering private lenders and investors passive income opportunities backed by performing real estate assets.

Quick Caring Home Solutions LLC maintains a growing portfolio in Missouri, Illinois, Michigan and throughout the Midwest, with a mission rooted in its motto: Help Families. Grow Wealth.
